Overall experience was good found the Harley that I was looking for at what I considered a fair and reasonable price. They arranged the financing for the balance of what remained after my down payment (a little bit of a hassle since they didnt want to accept a check for the down payment) but not a deal breaker since they said they would pick up the down payment money when they delivered the bike. Now for the totally BS part they delivered my bike today on of all things an open trailer the delivery guy tells my wife its supposed to decent weather on Sunday guess your husband will have to ride it down to the car wash.. All I can say is probably a good thing I was at work, called the salesman and he basically kinda blew me off and offered me a little discount when I needed some parts

But he told me after a year of payments towards the motorcycle I can refinance the bike to own myself. He also hooked me up with free delivery. He just wanted me to get on the road and start riding. I bought a 94 FLHTCU the day after Christmas 2017. I bought it on lay away. I dealt with Andrew, Aaron, and Chad. These three were by far the greatest salesmen a person could ask for. I picked up the bike on May 21st 2018. The bike needed a new battery installed before it left the shop. They didn't even hesitate to install a brand new battery, no questions asked, no extra charge. I jumped on the bike and rode it 1100 totally trouble free miles back to Canada. Aaron mentioned that he has never had a bike come back with any problems, he wasn't just blowing smoke. I wouldn't hesitate to refer any of my friends to Approval Powersports. Top notch dealership, Top notch service, and Top notch people hidden away in Sandusky Michigan.

After struggling to make the financing happen on the west side of the state, I drove 3 hours to Approval. Aaron helped me initially with the sale and a few questions I had regarding the machine. The brand new 2018 Raptor 700R was sitting on a trailer waiting for the paper work to be signed. After a few calls back and forth between the bank and Approval's finance guy, the deal was done ! It really was as easy as that. They let me take it for a rip down the road prior to loading it up. And the guys in the service department went over a few key maintenance tips ! I wish this place was closer to GR, because they certainly would be my go to in the power sports department. Keep up the great work !

It took a few days but the team at Approval Powersports got it done. If you are having trouble getting financed talk to Mike and Ron. All my information was given over the phone or computer, VERY EASY. They were very courteous never judgmental. They both worked very hard for me to get me what I wanted. In addition to this I would have had to drive about 260 mile to get a trailer to drive another 90 mile to pick up my new bike then back home. They offered to deliver the bike to my home. After finding an amazing looking street glide on CycleTrader I sent A request for information. I was contacted by Mike Bogotty. I rode down to take a look at the bike and then begin dealing with Mike over the phone. I applied to 5 dealerships, only to be declined for financing. I found approval powersports in Michigan and decided to give it one last chance. I called and I spoke to Jon. I explained my situation, telling him I went through a divorce and had to file bankruptcy. I told him I knew my credit wasn't good but he was my last chance. Jon told me not to worry. He worked with me for a couple days to find the best deal for me and went above and beyond to put me on the bike I wanted. Let me tell you this.... Wow... I was blown away by his commitment. Every other dealership gave me a quick NO. Jon never gave up. He finally calls me and says "how soon can you get here to pick up your bike". I laughed, I thought he was kidding me but he wasn't. Not only did Jon and his finance team get me approved, they got the deal done with the down payment I was working with and the monthly payment I needed. I drove there to be met by a wonderful staff, the finace manager was amazing. As I signed papers, they loaded my bike in my truck. Many people will say... It was one of the best experiences.... NO.. My experience here was unparalleled! The YouTube video displayed the bike as it arrived here - in extremely good shape for an '89. For not having the bike inspected and depending on other purchasers recommendations, I am completely and utterly satisfied with my purchase! The sole fly in the ointment was that Ron Q (my sales guy who otherwise did a great job) sent the paperwork SNAILMAIL during Christmas rush (took 8 days). Had he asked, I would have gladly paid for overnight service. For me, AP walked the walk and talked the talk. I WOULD buy from them again in a heartbeat.

I can't say enough good words about approval power sports. They got me approved for a brand new r6 which is an awesome bike when two banks already turned me down. Personally I will probably buy my future motorcycle's there also. They have a huge selection of great bikes, friendly, and down to earth salesman that have the know how to get you what you want. October 5th I went to look at a 1996 Honda CBR 1000 that was listed in perfect mechanical condition. I went for a fifteen mile test drive and things appeared to be good. Ron was very helpful in getting some bolts that were missing replaced. I got the bike home and discovered that it was not charging the battery. Ron told me to take it to my dealer to see what was wrong. Ron and Gordy both did a great job in working with me to get the problem solved. The bike was done around Nov the 3rd, I have now 650 miles on it and look forward to many more. A huge thank you to Ron and Gordy for going the extra mile even after the sale. I just bought 03-883 though their layaway plan. I live 5 1/2 hours away and I have to say I dont understand all the negative responces. It was priced just under blue book and when asked to have more pics sent Ron was happy to do it! I was told up front no refunds but if I didn't lilke I could transfer monies to another bike. Ron did not try to switch me in to another bike. SMOOTH transaction all the way through! There was no hidden fees nor did he jack around with the price. I am confused. I picked bike from a picture and paid off in 3 mo. with help from selling an old bike for $1000. Then we went up there and picked up a couple weeks later. Very happy! I would say layaway is the best way and no extra fees were applied to do layaway. This is what I put as my review on google. THANKS RON!

There was many nice photos in internet, and after some days I received more. With no experience of import of cars, I decided from the photos I had seen to buy the car After 2 month the car was in my garage in Sweden. Jim and Gordy were awesome in taking care of me. Jim picked me up from Detroit's main airport and brought me 2 hours to the shop so that I could check out the bike. After I saw the bike, Jim brought me back another 2 hrs to my hotel and still kept insisting to do whatever I needed, rather than just dropping me off to fend for myself. I did my financing app on a sunday night. Then got a call monday morning from my man Gerry. Made the trip up there on Wednesday. While there I got financed, signed my paper work, picked up my bike on friday. This dealer set itself apart from everyone else by getting me financed without a co-signer. And im only 19 going on 20 in a few weeks...I highly recommend them to any and everyone I meet. Plus I have had too many offers from people who cant get financed to buy my bike already...
